• A validity period of 7 days from the date of quotation, after which the quoted price or availability may no longer apply
• Written confirmation of order details, including quantity, packaging, and delivery terms
• Change without notice prior to written confirmation, due to market pricing, currency fluctuation, or supply conditions

3. Product Specifications, Grade, and Origin

Product specifications, grade, size, packaging, origin, and availability referenced on this website are general and indicative. The specifications, quantities, and standards applicable to any specific order are governed exclusively by the confirmed order documents (purchase order, sales contract, proforma invoice, or equivalent) agreed in writing between DA Produce Guys and the buyer. In the event of any conflict between website content and confirmed order documents, the order documents govern.

4. Freight, Incoterms, and Destination Requirements

Freight terms, Incoterms (e.g. FOB, CFR, CIF, or other applicable terms), insurance responsibility, customs clearance, import duties, and destination-market compliance requirements are governed exclusively by the applicable written quotation or contract for each order. This website does not represent or guarantee any specific shipping method, delivery timeline, or cost allocation. Buyers are responsible for confirming import requirements, permits, and duties applicable in their destination country prior to placing an order.

5. Inspection, Quality Claims, and Rejections

Any claims relating to product quality, condition, quantity discrepancy, or non-conformity must be raised within 48 hours of arrival at the destination, and must be supported by appropriate documentation (e.g. inspection reports, photographs, or third-party survey reports) as specified at the time of order. Claims submitted outside this 48-hour window, or without required supporting documentation, may not be accepted.

6. Payment Terms and Credit

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and any credit arrangements are established on a per-order or per-account basis and confirmed in writing prior to shipment. DA Produce Guys reserves the right to require full or partial payment in advance, request credit references, or decline to extend credit terms at its discretion. Standard payment terms will be outlined in the applicable order confirmation or contract.

7. Force Majeure, Seasonal Availability, and Delays

DA Produce Guys shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling an order due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to crop failure, adverse weather, seasonal supply limitations, port congestion, customs delays, transportation disruptions, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In such cases, DA Produce Guys will use reasonable efforts to notify affected buyers and, where possible, propose alternative timelines, substitute products, or adjusted terms.
