Easy Peelers

Small, loose-skinned citrus bred for effortless peeling — the category covers three varieties spanning a wide size range, from the compact Nour through to the larger Nadorcott.

Clementine

Smallest of the Easy Peeler sizes. Easy to peel, sweet, with a red, smooth and shiny loose skin and minimal pith.

Nour

Average size with a small collar. The peel is a strong orange colour, rough and fairly thick but easy to remove. The flavour is sweeter and less acidic.

Nadorcott

Medium to large in size. Deep orange colour with a warm appearance. Mostly seedless and easy to peel. Great depth of sweetness and acidity.

Mandarins

Two distinct mandarin varieties — Nova for its intense colour and juiciness, Ortanique for its tangor character between tangerine and orange.

Nova

Large fruit size. Intense dark orange in colour. Contains a few seeds. Pebbly skin is thin and tight. Sweet and juicy.

Ortanique

A cross between a tangerine and a sweet orange (Tangor). Medium-sized fruit with a strong citrus aroma and a tangy, sweet flavour. Thick rinds, pale in colour, with juicy flesh and a few seeds.

Oranges

Six varieties across the sweet and blood orange range. Navel, Salustiana, Maroc Late and W. Sanguine share one continuous caliber ladder (0–9); Orange Sanguinelli and Cara Cara are available with specifications confirmed on request.

Navel

Medium to large in size. One of the healthiest and best-tasting oranges. Pale to thick bright orange colour. Tender, sweet, seedless and easy to peel.

Salustiana

Medium to large in size, orange in colour. Oval-spherical shape, slightly flattened, with a finer skin and softer pulp. Mostly seedless and juicy, with a very sweet flavour.

Maroc Late

Medium to large, globose to spherical in shape, orange in colour. High juice content (around 40%) with a sweet-sour flavour.

W. Sanguine

Small to medium. Pulp colour ranges from blood red to dark red, thin skin may carry a red blush. Easy to peel, very few seeds, richly flavoured.

Orange Sanguinelli

Small to medium. Smooth, shiny and highly pigmented skin. Tender flesh with high juice content and an attractive blood-red colour. Sweet flavour with the pronounced fragrance characteristic of blood oranges.

Cara Cara

Medium to large in size. A type of navel orange with the same round shape and bright orange rind. Distinct pinkish-red and orange flesh — sweeter, slightly tangy, and less acidic.

Other Varieties

Rounding out the range: chemical-free lemons and Star Ruby grapefruit, graded by average weight and fruit count rather than a fixed carton matrix.

Lemon

Cultivated without the use of any chemicals — free of pests and very rich in juice. Yellow colour and an acidic taste recognisable amongst others.

Grapefruit

Main variety: Star Ruby. Red blush in colour, free of rind damage. Thin rind, extremely high brix, and brimming with juice.
